By gathering together for fellowship in small groups, we can build each other up and be renewed in faith. Our small groups afford us opportunities to pray together, learn together and share our faith. Truth, goodness and beauty all come from God and they lift up our hearts and fill us with joy in the midst of life’s difficulties. In these times, it is essential that we seek out these gifts from God, that we intentionally seek to nourish our faith. A number of small groups have been in existence in our parishes and have been meeting regularly. They are listed below along with new small groups which have been or are being formed and will begin meeting soon. Take a look at the different groups and pick one that fits your schedule and then make a commitment to attend. You will be glad you did.
SMALL GROUPS MEETING AT SAINT PATRICK’S
1) Militia of the Immaculata (open to all)
Meets in the Faith Sharing Room on the 1st Friday from 3:40 to 5:00 p.m.

2) Lay Carmelites (open to all)
Meets in the Faith Sharing Room on the 3rd Monday at 9 a.m.

3) Book Club (women of all ages)
Our next book club will be held on October 10th at 10 a.m., at Donna Sutton’s home. We will be reading “Miracles do Happen” by Briege McKenna, O.S.C.Any questions, please contact Kelly Lenzen at 320-267-5526.
4) Wednesday Morning Peace and Prayer Group (open to all)
Meets in the Parish Hall every Wednesday after Mass

5) Young Adults Group (single high school graduates)
Meets in the Faith Sharing Room on the 2nd and 4th Fridays at 7 p.m.

6) Breakfast Group (open to all)
Meets Saturday mornings starts again September 19. We meet the 1st & 3rd Saturdays at 7:30 AM at SP for a fun breakfast, study and fellowship. Topics this year will be the teachings of the Second Vatican Council as well as Apologetics. This is our 5th year and we meet about 60-90 minutes. 8) Moms Group (moms with young children)
Meets in the Faith Sharing Room on the 1st Friday at 7 p.m.

9) Paterfamilias Catholica Group (dads with young children)
Meets in the Faith Sharing Room on the 3rd Friday at 7 p.m.

10) Men’s Club (men of all ages and both parishes)
Meets in the Church Hall on the 2nd Tuesday at 5pm.

11) Tuesday morning group (open to all)
Meets in the Church Hall every other week at 9am. Starts on Sept 15th.

Meets in St Luke’s lower gathering room on the 1st Sundays from 6 to 7pm. Starts Sept 6th.

14) Youth Choir (open to grades 4-12)
Meets at 5-5:30 on Wednesdays of Faith Formation for the 1st half of the school year, starting on Sept 16th. We will sing once a month all school year. Contact Nancy Bennett for information.
