TOTUS TUUS 2025 JUNE 22-27TH
Registration papers will be at both parishes.
CAMP SURVIVE 2025 w/FR MIKE
- Week 1 — July 21st – 25th
- Week 2 — July 28th – August 1st
Campers have until April 15th to register. Must contact Jen Kordiak to get the link. After that there will only be a waiting list available.
DIOCESAN MISSION TRIP
A prayer requests box will be at the back of both churches for the parishioners to leave specific prayer intentions. The youth on the mission trip will be given these intentions and and will be praying for them at various sites. The deadline for these requests will be June 19th.
St. Luke’s Church Sandstone will be running the Chris’s Foods BBQ stand on June 6/7th (10-6pm) and 20/21st (10-3pm) to help fund the youth & chaperones in the Duluth Diocese’s Youth Service Trip with Fr. Michael Schmitz.
The Youth start by packing food at Feed My Starving Children, then helping at a historical church site in IL, and visiting the National Shrine of St. Therese. Then comes the Steubenville Youth Conference Joliet at the Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. Donations can also be sent to St. Luke’s with the memo ‘Steubenville”.
*** HELP NEEDED***
We need donations of popular baked goodies to be sold at the stand! These can be placed in the fridge at St. Luke’s the Thursday prior & will be picked up that evening by 7pm (June 5th & 19th). Please let Jenny McClain know if you can help with baking some treats at 320-362-0245.

Many thanks to all those who helped so much to make this another great example of how to spread cheer as we approach Christmas. The elderly in Sandstone send many blessings and thanks to those responsible.

We had a wonderful Totus Tuus program in June, 2024. Big Thanks to the team and volunteers that helped make this a successful, joyful, and spirit filled event!
MAY CROWNING
This occurred on Sunday, May 5th, at Saint Luke’s during Mass and also a May Crowning and our annual Rosary Procession at Saint Patrick’s see slideshow below:.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
Congratulations to Saint Luke’s First Holy Communicants, Matthew Becker, Maddie Eitens, & Carolyn Henshaw who made their First Holy Communion this past Sunday. May our Lord Jesus Christ bless them with His abundant grace, and may our Blessed Lady watch over them always.
Congratulations also to our First Communicants at Saint Patrick’s: Moira Brackenbury, Emmanuel Mancilla, Leilany Mancilla & Mark Sanford. May our blessed Lord always keep them close to His Eucharistic Heart.

Bishop Daniel Felton was here this past Wednesday to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation with our parishes.
